General Body Meeting of Himachal Pradesh State Chess Association was held today in Jawalaji presided by State President Mr Arun Kamboj. Discussion was done regarding development of Chess in Himachal Pradesh. Sanjeev Thakur, General Secretary, Himachal Pradesh State Chess Association proposed and nominated name of Mr Amit Sharma, Ex Captain and Coach Himachal Pradesh University Chess team and Director, Bragnam Learning Pvt Ltd as Vice President of Himachal Pradesh State Chess Association.
Nomination of Mr Amit Sharma was supported by all other Members of HPSCA and other members of District Chess Associations in the state. Members that were present in the Meeting were Mr Arun Kamboj, President HPSCA, Mr Sanjeev Thakur,General Secretary HPSCA,Mr Sitaram Sharma, CEO HPSCA Mr Sameeru Thakur, Delegate Kullu Chess Association ,Mr Sanjeevan Saraswat, General Secretary Chamba Chess Association, Mr Vikas Dhiman, Press Secretary HPSCA, Mr Praveen Sharma, delegate Kangra Chess Association, Mr Rajeev Manley, delegate Kangra Chess Association, Mr Sansar Rana, General Secretary ,Hamirpur Chess Association, Mr Anil Sharma, Bilaspur Chess Association.
